Tonya, this was so much fun to read and I could taste all of these wonderful foods. Winter is for eating, no matter which food fad you're into at the moment.

Everyone is eating so...nobly! Love these food descriptions & may borrow a few to mix things up. My eating habits are not the best, but I am slipping in the greens & fruit that I have dodged for decades. It's time. I have recently replaced my modest Clif Bar for breakfast with a toasted everything bagel with either Pepper Jack, Muenster or Smoked Gouda. This too shall pass, I imagine. & I continue to tote around a vial of exotic salt with me at all times... currently, smoked applewood salt. It is ambrosial.
